Dear HR Elites,
Lately, I notice that the Hiring process is very bias. Instead of hiring for the right candidate most of the hiring is placed by reference. The vacancy is just posted in the career portal of the company website but the hiring seems to be fixed.
What is the role of HR? Have you experienced this? What is the way forward?

What methodology you had used to arrive at this conclusion.

Even if you took random sampling from how many companies you took data of their hiring process and what questionnaire was used?

It looks like a generalized statement or just a discussion topic !
