so pls help me widrawing my PF
i am working in A company from Period 2004-2006 after that B comapny take over the A comapny and A company was closed their all activity B comapny give new Pf no , i work in B company for 1 year after that due to my problem I leave that company with one day notice & due to that comapny not do my full and finals , now both A & B comapny are closed and directors also not intresting to sings on Employee's PF forms my some coligues belong from pune & mumbai are local so they widrwal their PF we are working at remote barnches due to that it's not possible to go to pune for widrwing the PF and as i said now both comany director are not giving sign kindly help he how can i widrwal th PF from this comapny

i understand ur concern. it is ur money u will get it atlast. But as u said company PF a/c are pune & maharashtra . so u need to send the form there, then only u can get ur PF, if the company director r not signing the PF form then, there r two ways to get authorised a)get it sign from PF commissoner(B) or get it sign from Bank manger wherein ur bank accoount exist.
