Hi Mr.Prakash
The post seems to be in confusion Kindly get us more input on this to help you out please state exactly what you are looking for whether you need to know that a format of payslip duly signed by authorized signatory is valuable, or the email you get the payslip will be valuable.....is this the question you are trying to ask??:?:
or the payslip authorized and stamped is to be sent to the Employees by Email or the without stamp/sign Right?:?:
so in that case kindly send the un acknowledged ones to their email as the employees keep asking when and there required later if they give salary slips for some purpose definitely it should be stamped and duly signed......so the best way is to export it to pdf and send the soft copy alone in order to avoid scanning and signing and wasting all the paper stuff.......
