1) Kindly advice any changes applicable for Salary Structure (Salary Components) based on Budget FY 2019 ~ 2020.
2) Can we change the Middle-level management & Senior level management positions to cover employee to get the Rebate 87A of Rs.12,500/- (Taxable Income below 5Lakhs - Nil Tax)
3) What is the Ration need to follow of Fixed & Variable Salary components? any Split
4) Tax-free components in Salary portion for Tax planning ( in the view of Employee).
