Labour Welfare in Unorganised sector is usually done by the Government through various schemes like PPF. Recently in West Bengal there is a medical scheme which the State Government is trying to implement.
To get details you must tell me what is your idea of Unoragnised Sector?
And which sector you are stressing on sincxe the unorganised sector is very vast and each sub sector requires separate approach.
As for unionisation of BPO. It takes seven person to form a registered trade union provided the fulfill the definition of workers as per ID Act. Hence there is no bar as such. Are you asking about Political Based Unions in BPO??
