Employee retention is challenging and many employers know as to waht is to be done but do not do.Some steps that can be taken are:
1) Pay them salaries promptly.
2) Devise a reasonable incentive scheme or rewards system depending up on the size and financial capacity of teh company to motivate performers.3e) Conduct employee engagement activities to promote sense of belonging ness
4) Provide atmosphere for learning and development.
5) promote star performers at the right time and do not wait for them to ask for it.
6) remove communication abrriers with the employees and the mangement.
