Transportation to the staff
Friends,
My company has decided to provide transportation to the staff. Please guide me how to get quotation for transportation for staff. What are the points I should enhance, negotiation on charges etc. How to keep track of this wherein I can generate report on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with the help of formats.
Am I supposed to get the signatures of all the staff on daily basis both to & fro. I am totally new to this.
