We are in the process to start a business in pharmaceutical formulation sales, i would like to know about the various cost like fixed cost , variable cost, transportation cost for the business and any other hidden which can impact on our business in future so we can prepared for that situtation. kindly let me know about about various cost involved in business.

Good to note that you are taking into consideration all the costs associated with your business. But then have you worked in some pharma company? If yes, then probably you should have idea of these costs.

In addition to the costs that you have mentioned, roughly your success in business will depend on managing following costs:
a) Inventory Carrying Cost of Raw Materials
b) Work in Progress (WIP) Inventory Costs
c) Inventory Carrying Cost of Finished Goods
d) Capital costs to run the operations
e) Capacity costs
f) Maintenance costs
g) Quality costs
h) Marketing costs
i) Ordering costs
j) Other Admin costs
You need to measure these costs scientifically. That is not easy. For this, you need to hire some consultant. Feel free to contact me for further clarification.
