Hi All,
I have below queried regarding company\'s legal binding on Offer Letter:
1) What are the legal provision available if company revoke offer letter before joining (i mean person already resigned or day before joining)?
2) What are the legal provision available if person could n\'t join on the joining date given by company due to some personal reasons?
3) What are the legal provision available if person could n\'t join on the joining date given by company due to some reason which are not in his/her control (like earth quake, accident)?
4) Are these Civil matter or what type or court/lawyer person to approach?
5) What are the company legal binding with Offer Letter?
6) Is offer letter signed hard copy enough for resigning from the current employer or any other document (e.g. - appointment letter, confirmation letter) required?
I will be very thankful for your answers.
