Dear seniors,
I am B.Vasu working as HR Exe, in my organization some of the employees names has entered wrongly in my HR master data, from at the joining date we are sending monthly PF & ESI returns on wrong names . by mistake my previous hr team has done mistake,
and some of the female emp had joined with before marriage name aft marriage they house name has changed now they are asking change correct house name.
Please give me suggestion how i can solve employees problem.

Please approach your E.O for PF and Branch Manager ,Local Office immediately and they will guide you appropriately. Normally this will be entertained by all authority without any hesistation.

In order to change/correct the names of Insured Persons(employees) under ESI Act, 1948 the Branch Office of the area,where such employees are registered is the appropriate office for correcting/amending the relevant records maintained for Permanent Identity Cards or returns of contributions etc.
It will be more better if you contact the appropriate Branch Office Manager of your area alongwith documentary proof of correct names/particulars of covered employees (IPs) or as may be desired by said Office.
