I give the resignation letter 11 May 2007, But still now I never get my Gratuity,
The Hospital authority submit my PF only from 1999.
How can I understand my Gratuity amount?
What can I do for get my Gratuity and PF from 1994?
How can I calculate my Gratuity?
Please clear to me about this.

I am moses. i have seen u r mail.
1st of all can u tell me in which year the pf amount was recoverd from you. did u got annual statement of pf ie Form 23 for all the years.
Nothing worry please again submit a another form for withdrawal for the period from 1994 till 1999 stating that you had not received the pf for the above mentioned period.
2nd the medhod of calculating gratuityis like this only
Basic + DA salary
-------------------- X 15 X no of years of services.
26 days
Gratuity eligibility : after 5 years of joing
6 months can be treated as one year. Now u can calculate the exact amount of gratuity applicable to u.
