Adjudication Authority Of ALC in the matter of termination of non-workman category employees

Hi Learned Members,

In a matter of termination dispute of an employee who is not likely in the workman's category, can the Assistant Labour Commissioner adjudicate to resolve the issue and what's scope in his authority?
