Iam karthik, After constantly attending interviews all over, iam still failing to give a appropriate answer to the question "WHY YOU LEFT YOUR LAST ORGANISATION" ..though my answer are different everytime ..iam still unable to impress the interviewer :( iam really helpless, I really dont know what i should say at that time .. because the real reason was work overload and huge problem created by my immediate boss which i cant tell the interviewer........... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

Dear Karthick, You have two reasons, one is your Immediate boss and second one is work load, very well you can say, about your work load, never put any one down, we may meet them in any stage.

and even interviwer wud feel iam running away from my responsibility .?

Tell the interviewer that there was no learning in your project so for ur career growth u left ur company.
and about the workload u can say that there were timing issues with u.eg- u dont wanna work late hours at a regular practise

Hi Karthik, One thing u can quote is of distance. You can say that your earlier company was very far and hence you had difficult time in travelling.
