Hi, Hr-Femcare,

I am providing you a Salary break up of 10 LPA. (Income Tax Saving Break Up) . Now you can design that based on your company policy for 13 LPA & 6 LPA

Basic Salary 4,00,000
+ HRA 2,00,000
+ Provident Fund (12% of Basic) : 48,000
(+) Standard Allowance (Conveyance allowance + medical reimbursement) =40,000
(+) Leave Travel Allowance : 30,000
(+) Other Allowances : 2,82,000
Total : 10,00,000
(-) Exempted HRA (assuming 50% for Delhi) : 2,00,000
(-) Standard Allowance : 50,000
(-) Leave Travel Allowance : 30,000
(-) Other allowances
Meal allowance : 26,400
Mobile bill reimbursement : 10,000
Gift voucher : 5,000
Child’s education allowance : 2,400
Child’s hostel allowance : 7,200
Newspaper/Journal allowance : 16,000
Internet Bill reimbursement : 12,000
Total taxable Salary : 6,41,000
Less: Profession Tax Paid : 2,500
Income under the head Salary : 6,38,500
(-) Deductions under Section 80C : 1,50,000
Total Taxable Income : 4,88,500 (less then Income Tax Slab of 5 LPA
Tax on income : (Rebate u/s 87A)
