Dear Sir,
You may add some dimensions if it exist in your company's policy like motivational schemes like Best Employee, Best attendance Award, Long service award, Quality related certification ISO for which company is aiming. Some employee survey rating, some cultural or trade related excellence recognitions, Employee friendly plans of company to retain and protect employees, also some training related motivational program for skill up gradation if any.
