I am writing a thesis about the relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction. However, when I propose this idea to my instructor, he said that:
-The frontier among leadership style is blur, i. g. a leader may be half of transformational and half of laisse-faire style
-If we measure the correlative between leadership style and job satisfaction, it's a very difficult task too. Because we may be satisfied with the job, but we hate the boss, but in general, we are satisfied. Or, during the survey, we can meet someones who have a transformational-style boss, transactional-style boss and lasse-faire boss, and they all he hates their bosses whatever the style may be;
Do appreciate if you could give me some recommendations over this
