I have a query regarding PF merging between two employers. In my organization, my current employee worked in Bandra Mumbai Office. He wants to merge PF of both companies. He is applying online process. It is unactionable in Employer PF portal. When I asked this in PF Department, they told me that there is no pending process from Lucknow, It is from Bandra Mumbai PF Office. Please suggest, how I can solve this query.
