I am in process of preparing JDs for various positions in my organisation. I requet you to guide me what all things should include in JD ? How to reflect the inter departmental responsibility in JD where one action would be performed by 02 or more departments or persons. I would be grateful if some one can share a format as how to prepare a JD.
