I am working with a software company where the average age group is 25-28 Years, and we need to conduct fun activities for the employees once every month.
Could you pls suggest some recreational activities for the employees which can be conducted within a budget of 1000-1500 per month

Fun activities for employees - this topic has been discussed many times on citehr. please type the key words in search box which is on the left hand side on top.
Nonetheless, you could organise quizzes,wherein you could keep changing the topic every week. like sports in the first week, then it could be Arts in second week and so on. You could also organize a competition where the employee decorates his or her cubicle or work station according to theme - earth , using ideas "creating best out of waste" and such.At the end of it, you could nominate three or more winners and have a prize distribution kind of thing. Get some senior people to give away the awards. you could as well organise one minute games,painting competition etc.

What is the number of employees ???
Without this information, how can the budget (of Rs. 1000 - 1500) be allocated to know cost per head/capita ???
Or, did you mean - the budget is Rs. 1000 - 1500 per head ?
Another aspect is : why fun activities only if the average age group is 25-28? You mean older employees in organizations, do not require fun or, are not entitled to it ?? :icon5:
