Hi Guys, Can anyone help me to provide EPF forms for a Trust in excel format? The Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) in India is managed by the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO).
Trusts that are set up by employers to manage their employees' EPF contributions are required to file certain forms with the EPFO.
Form 3A: This is a statement of the employee's contribution to the EPF account, and it must be filed by the 15th of the following month.
Form 6A: This is a statement of the employer's contribution to the EPF account, and it must be filed by the 15th of the following month.
Form 5IF: This form is used to file the annual return of the establishment.
Form 10: This is a return of the establishment for the quarter.
Form 13: This is used for the transfer of EPF accounts from one establishment to another.
