Dear HR Seniors, Need your opinion on below matters.
One of A employee joined our organisations as sales manager on 18th Oct. 2019 & he was terminated on 6th Nov. 2019 due to bad behaviour.
His PF amount is due since his previous organisation and he is trying to withdraw his PF claims. The PF was asking us for KYC approval, which we did and the same is showing on our portal.
Now, he is saying that we have rejected his transfer claim twice, but when I look at our portal, i didn't have any approval pending and I didn't have rejected any claim.
Now he is threatening me that he will take legal approach against me and he is saying that he will lodge FIR against me.
Please help how to clear myself from all of these.

Hi,
No need to worry. PF is Statutory and employer has no right to hold it either transfer or claim. Even if he is address the issue legally your employer will prove it that nothing was pending from his end. Please ignore such calls and if he submit any written complaint reply to it stating that nothing is pending at employer end.
