Hi Isha,
you can discuss with the founders/ Manager about how many leaves to be allotted to all per month You can have flat leave structure or else you can have Paid Leaves, Sick leaves & casual leaves too.
On an average you can have 1.50 or 1.75 paid leaves per month and 4+4 sick and casual leaves.
It should be applicable to all employees including HR, Founder members and employees.
