I have this idea for an e-hr site and i would like to hear opinions as well as suggestions on it.
In a flash, it's going to be a site where employers and employees meet. Most countries in the third wold have high level of un-employment and usually worsened by the lack of information of vacancies.
I propose that a site be created where unemployed persons would have their Resumes posted, categorised according to disciplines and their interested industries.
The site would have information from various industries and their vacancies which the member unempoloyed persons would view and apply thru the site. Also a mail can be sent to every candidate eligible for the vacancy to consider applying.
The selection process can begin with the owner of the site (HR specialists) interviewing the interested candidates and forwarding most eligible to the organisations that have requested them for further interviewing.
Another attraction would be the interview coaching materials that will be made available to members and other needs necessary to help them get employed or become self-employed.
It's really still raw but i would like to hear suggestions or opinions on this

Really an idea thats worth not just consideration but appreciation too.
Just check a few sites like monster.com that are working on similar lines.
U may also want to chech sites like guru.com and elance.com to get a bit
more food for thoughts for you and like minded people.
You are thinking on the right lines. Adding the HR professionals to the
pannels of such sites and actively working towards reaching for the
deserving candidates would really be a good idea i guess. Give a thought
to the business model model for such sites too.
Flash would certainly make the site attractive but it will do that at the cost
of bandwidth which more often than not is at the premium where
unempoyment is prevalent.
Keep thinking though for this noble cause.

As it is here most probly guys r from HR background itself can help to each other in more suitable way and we can describe about our own choice of place, interest of job profile etc. which even on job site we cant mentioned that effectively.
But u need to gather all for the same and even take help of some hr guys who r already working in different co.s so just go ahead & if you r looking for any help plz let me know.
