Dear HR professional,
I need ur help.
My one friend worked in a org. & after that he received some amount as his PF.But didn't received interest on that PF fund.
When he approached his employer, they informed them to approach PF office, but PF office replied to approach his employer, because according to PF officer employer is responsible to pay interest on PF fund.
Can any one suggest me that,the amount which is deposited on PF fund,who is exactly responsible to pay interest on that amount.
Plz reply immediately,I need ur help.
