Hi Sonal :
I think most of the universities do not offerMA (Psychology) as a external course one has to do it through college. In terms of specilisation if you propose to continue in HR then Organisational or human psychology maybe more beneficial. Again I feel you need to be clear how you want to grow professional while attaining the educational milestones.
Hope this helps.

Dear Sonal,
A Part time degree in any of the mentioned streams of Psychology for value adding to HR Ops suffers scope related chances as the gamuts of both interacting depends on your current work profile (Roles & Responsibilities). No doubt that a PG qualification in Psy is a creative addition to professional practice of HR Ops, however limited areas may be extendable for a value add process. If I may request you, kindly make a action plan (Like a blueprint) after you have seen the different course contents of each streams and significantly brain storm how you wish to absorb the knowledge base and contribution to your present work.
