Hi all, I am having doubts regarding the possibility of doing full-time employment with a company, along with studying in a college (Btech) in India. If the company agreed with the same, that student can study parallelly, and attend classes, exams, etc while working in the company. Can company work can be done remotely.

Hi,
You have the option of doing your Btech as part time during week ends while working on a full time employment but that is also subject to prior approval from the employer. Most of the employers are allowing their employees to do their degree/ post graduate degree with a explicit condition their studies should not disturb their work process.

This is a question you need to discuss with your employer, not us.
We do not work for your organisation, so we have no idea what their thoughts would be on such an arrangement.
A lot would depend on how you could effectively manage the job workload and the study workload - along with managing your normal life and it's requirements - especially if you have a family.
It's more than likely a given that your employer will expect you to devote 100% effort to your job, after all, he is paying your salary.
