Hello - the two above-mentioned Universities status of recognition can be checked from UGC's official website. There are rounds of internet stories going about recognition of degrees obtained from these Universities - but - their names do not appear anywhere on the fake Universities list of UGC actually. So, we should always respect this fact.
Practical advice - please consult your existing Background Check (BGC) Agency as they have the most credible sources/ networks to confirm recognition and genuineness of an obtained degree/ qualification. This can be done as a quick check before even proceeding ahead with the offer to the candidate.
If you do not have an empaneled BGC Agency, please do no rely on simple internet searches. Do consult an external vendor for this - they charge a nominal fees for ad-hoc search reports.
