The Model Standing Orders is for the sake of Guidance/Reference / to illustrate What ought to be the Coverage of the
Draft Standing Orders that any Employer/Occupier of any Industrial Establishment to which the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act apply shall submit to the Certifying Authority so that the concerned Authority could validate and issue Certification after due Consultation /Hearing and whereafter the Certified SO comes into effect.
