Hi, our firm is sole proprietorship into Recruitment, GST registered from Delhi & 10 employees across India working from home with minimum salary 16500 to 35000 per month. We don't have a physical office & operating from home at Ahmedabad. Registered office address at Delhi has my brother operating his own business with his own company name.

1. At what employee number. do we have to get into ESIC & PF
2. Do we have to have a physical office, if yes, then at what employee number.

For coverage of labour laws you need not have to show your employees sitting and working under one roof. Moreover, there is no separate law for sole proprietorship firm. If you have 10 employees, your company should have ESI regsitration and those employees whose salary is not more than Rs 21000 should be registered under the ESI. Similarly, when your number of employees become 20, you should take PF registration. Depending upon the employees strength different other laws will become applicable to your establishment.
