Hi All,
We haven\'t had any serious problem with Candidate drop outs before. But recently we are facing this so much and there is so much waste of time that is happening because of this. How can we avoid this or what can be the precautions to avoid this. Can someone suggest some new HR Practices to help us get over this problem.
