Hello Seniors,
I working with one manufacturing company. My Director ask me to prepare policies on to Reduce Absenteeism of Workers by stimulating them to present through some gifts or other things, policy for employee of the month / worker of the month, reward policy for maintaining best house keeping.
May I have your suggestions please?
