Performance appraisal serves two significant purposes: The first one determines the value and productivity of an employee, and the other one works to help employees develop their own roles.

Calculate performance appraisal with these easy steps:

Step 1: Implement a concise, objective policy to govern the evaluation process.
Step 2: Develop an evaluation tool related to an employee’s specific job.
Step 3: Set annual goals, if desired, with employees, but make sure that each goal contains its own measurement system.
