It would be really nice if someone can help me with this, I run an HR consultancy, we work 5 days a week, and have 13 other holidays in 2013
Do i need to give any more leaves to my employees, is the rule of 21 leaves still applicable to me, mentioned in Maharashtra shop and establishment act
If yes, do i provide 8 more holidays to my staff (21 - 13) or I have to give 21 more leaves
Please help me understand this

As per Bombay Shosp and Establishmenst Act, 21 days of annual leave and four national holidays rare mandatory. So, after earmarking four national holidays, you can convert the remainimg 9 holidays as annual leave and add 12 more days to it to make it 21 days of annual leave.
