I joined Larsen & Toubro ecc. ltd Construction Division in India 10 years back through Campus placement . I have Signed the bond of 2 lakhs for the period of 2 years .After Joining i left the company within 6 months .But , I didn't got any notice from the court on the behalf of company and also didn't received any mails or intimation from the company afterwards.
I joined other company after that episode and continued my career further and later on moved to abroad for better opportunities .
Recently , i got an interview invitation from LNT ECC division in Dubai and appeared for the same .fortunately , I got selected for that position .
But , during Salary negotiation with HR , I was being asked to produce Experience Certificate from LNT( which i don't Have) and also to provide the Employer Number during my stint with LNT ,India. HR , further added that if i i have had absconded or left the company without prior information ,then my candidature shall be cancelled once my application be forwarded for approval from
LNT Head office ,india.
Please ,advice me . Can I still jointhe Lnt by tellling them the truth or Shall I let it go ?

It is Employer's Prerogative to consider and Employ the Most Suitable for the Post. In view ofwhat info you provided/furnished in your Post , it is self-evident that you "Quit" your Employment without following the Terms & Conditions o your Employment and liable for Breach ofEmployment Contract Obligations on your part.
Better to truthfully inform the Present Employer.
