good suggestions by piyush...
a company newsletter is a form of employee engagement.. so invite volunteers from different deptts, people who are creative/ artistic etc and form a small editorial team.
invite suggestions for the naming of newsletter...
form small sections: you may even have a corner for uploading the drawings/ poems etc of employee's kinds..
one section should be Environment, philantrhopy, health n safety etc...
stick to electronic format, pref should be a section on the intranet so that everybody can access it from there otherwise emails shall clog the server and also there is no point in having 10000 similia mails in a company..

Dear Mr. Surya Rana,
The WWF Regional Programme, which is studying climate change impacts on freshwater ecosystems in the Himalayas (CCIFEH), has just launched the very first issue of its newsletter Climate Contours, Living with Change:Biodiversity, Communities and Livelihoods.
This issue is devoted to describing the need for studying climate change impacts in today's world and its effects on our life-sustaining freshwater sources, which also forms the backbone of this project. The newsletter throws light upon the six pilot sites of intervention across India and Nepal, describes their vulnerability in the face of climate change and our efforts and initiatives to help develop existing and new adaptation strategies for communities, their livelihoods and biodiversity in these areas. Scientific Research forms is an integral wing of our programme and hence Climate Contours has devoted a special section to glacier research in India and Nepal.
We hope to use this medium to exchange information on the developments our diligent staff have made in each of these sites as well as voice issues raised by communities living in these areas.
Warm Regards,
Anisha Singh
