I am working as a HR in IT company. From April 2018, we increased our employee number to more than 20 & hence we registered our company for PF. We have also applied for PMRPY Scheme for eligible employees. When we received the waiver details, we noticed that some of our employees received waiver in one month but not in next month. Even when there have not been any changes in their salaries or so. I wanted to understand what could have been the reason for the same? What is the rule for the same?
Also another question, what if we give the employee any increment but within the PMRPY limit? Would it still be covered in this scheme?
Kindly help!

Hi Aniket Pathak, I understand the point you mentioned. I wanted to know what if this certain employee gets increment?
Example: Someone joined us as a fresher with salary of 8,000. If after few months we give this employee increment to 12,000/- would he still be covered under PMRPY?

unless the gross pay exceeds 15000/- pm, PMRPY benefit will continue

if Gross/EPF wages greater than 15,000/- then the employee will be out of the benefits
