Please help with designing the Salary structure for 15 LPA, the Best structure in the perception of the Employer. With PF deduction & Location for Pune, Maharashtra.

Remuneration structure should not be either best perception of employer or employee. It should be scientific considering several factors - PF contribution policy of the organization on total PF gross or restricted up to 15,000/- per month, different monthly and annualized pockets e.g HRA, CCA, CEA, SPL ALLOW etc on monthly basis and annualized LTA, PROFIT SHARING INCENTIVE/BONUS, STATUTORY BONUS IF ELIGIBLE, FURNISHING ALLOWANCE, CAR POLICY etc. Moreover, there may be insurances - Mediclaim, GPA, GROUP LIC etc.

Every organization has their own policy for remuneration structure considering internal parity as well as external parity, otherwise there will be huge dissatisfaction amongst employees.
