Hi ,
I am MBA post graduate and I have been working in a private company for last 1 year. Work wise I am performing well but while communicating with superiors I am unable to speak fluently and getting nervous. Can you please suggest how to speak fluently and develop my self ?
Note: Can anybody share the English verb forms because I’m lagging in getting verbs while speaking with others.
Highly appreciate and I’m very thankful if anybody provide Verb forms material with meanings.
Thanks & Regards,
Patan.

Hi,
After reading your query, I believe that fluency is NOT a problem for you. You have highlighted two issues “Fluency” and Getting Nervous”, in my opinion the latter needs to be fixed first.
If there’s an issue in fluency somehow it will reflect in your writing also. My understanding is that (reference: your query), you don’t have issues in basic grammar and fluency. If you struggle to share any information in English means, you lack in vocabulary and the basic grammars. You are NOT BAD at vocabulary and basic grammar. Otherwise, you couldn’t write your query in that way. It’s known that most of the people are good at writing than speaking and during the career experience of first 2 years, most of us had realized that, our communication level has to be improved.
Materials: There are loads of materials online, try to search on your own. Some may prefer, Oxford materials and others refer Cambridge and so on. The key is, if we are good at our own academic English grammar books, this is more than enough to speak the language with fluency and without grammar mistakes. The proficiency can be improved as we choose the particular business words per requirement. I practically improved my level of proficiency by referring to our school grammar books. Go back to your shelves and search or buy, it would help seriously!
Practice! Practice and Practice is the only way to improve communication. Talk to yourself daily in English on anything (your love, joy, sorrow and so on). Read English dailies, listen any English videos you like and speak in English. After few months, you will realize the improvement.
On your second issue, “Nervous” this needs to fixed on your own or with someone’s help. Talk to your friends in English about anything and everything. This will help you to gain confidence and once you are confident, you won’t feel nervousness.
@ Dinesh Sir, can you share your success story? Am very impressed by your proficiency level, it will help for most of us.
Good luck,
Regards
