We are technical outsource contractor (We take the utility service on outsource, we are facility management organization), in Haridwar we have 18 employee. Now we have got information that in Haridwar, only housekeeping, loading, unloading & packaging contractors can be registered under Contract labour act. please advice.

As per Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act contract labour can be engaged only in such areas which are not perennial in nature for which a regular or full time employee can not be engaged. Please follow the link for more details.

In other states, also we have got the labour license. Also we have received the Form - V from principal employer for taking license. Pleasee advice what are the documents required for registration. If some from from Uttrakhand, plesae advice, where the ESI regional office in Rudrapur & Haridwar, DLC office. I am unable to find the address on internet. Even I am not getting website of Uttrakhand labour department.
