My Query is...
My Husband suggesting that to do the Advanced HR course in IIMB (Executive HR). Is it worthy? Is it helpful for my career growth? He believes if we do the course in IIM'S we can get a very good package in corporate companies. Anyone does these kinds of courses like SHRM, XLRI, CHRM.
If anyone does, Kindly let me know and hope will get a valuable suggestion. and also how to grow in HR field tips and suggestions.
