Looking at your employment history, i am surprised that the company decided to recruit you the third time.
I would definitely not have done it.
It is the discretion of the company as to whether they will give you an increment. It is not your right. Since you left and want to rejoin (I assume you came and applied again, not the company called you back), they are free to decide what salary you will get. They have decided that you do not deserve an increment.
The rest of your post is unclear. If the company is giving you bonus and leave based on the work you did till september, before you left the company, then I would say that they are doing you a favour. There is nothing in law that allows you to claim bonus for previous period working after you resigned, got your F&F and left. For leave, you will be eligible for leave when you complete 240 days (1 year of work) from the time you rejoined. So even leave they are offering you is an extra.
I hope with your current resignation the company sees the last of you and dont have to meet with your attitude again.

I never came to the company for applied again only I have asked for vacancy then the company had called me for the rejoining on the base of my experience. Must note the company is giving me bonus and leave based on my work till September, after 3rd rejoining not before the 2nd Resignation or at that time. They are given me all previous the bounce and leave after rejoin not at on the 2nd resignation.
Matter is that the company verbally saying to me that you are not completed one year in our organization after rejoining the 3rd time so you are not eligible for increment. I am asking to all of you I have joined the company before the April 2014 not after it then I am eligible for the increment on the base of my 4 month work and my work experience. What is your decision now?
Thanks’

Wouldnt it have been better if you had given details in the first place.
There is no difference to my mind of you having applied in writing for a job or come back to them asking if they have any vacancy and they ask you to join again.
Well, my answer does not change much.
The increment is the decision and discretion of the company and not your right.
so if they do not want to give you increment, it is their choice.
The fact that they gave you bonus and leave for previous work is an extra. They were under no legal obligation to give it to you.

Dear Friend,
Please don't take decision in hurry , give your 12 months of work performance for appraisal , your seniors & management would then reward you with salary increment.Keeping patience will serve the purpose.
All the Very Best
Thanks

Hello Amit Kumar Upadhyay,
While Saswatabanerjee has covered the legal aspects of your case, I think you need to mention CLEARLY WHY you resigned the First & Second times. While the First stay in this Company was quite stable [July.2008 to April 2012], the Second one very short & now you want to quit again within 6 months of joining for the III time.
As far as I can see, you seem to have resigned to put some sort of pressure for Hikes--for which the Company, for whatever reasons, seemed to have given-in.
Suggest DON'T STRETCH YOUR LUCK FAR TOO LONG--there ALWAYS comes a time when even the supplest Elastic snaps.
However, @ the EoD, it's YOUR life & Career.

I second Mr Taj Sateesh you are trying your luck, six month is not an appropriate time to ask for increment, the company must be having their appraisal system done atleast once in a year wherein the line manager will access your scope for increment. It is not right decision and advisable too, to put up resignation and threatening to return back the privilege you received. Don't forget that when you get a good offer in good company they may go for background verification wherein it should not back track you and spoil your career, rest is your wish.
