As per my knowledge NIBM stands for National Institute of Business Management.which is in chennai, Its a good institute yes it has a value in the market.
But if you are very much serious about brand and market value go for following institutes

One of the worst administration people as I have experience with NIBM. Cheap techniques to charge amount. first they say small amount and once it is accepted and paid, charge more by saying there are additional activities. There are no proper response. more unprofessional and unethical. I suggest not go with NIBM for MBA
