Hi HR Experts, I have a doubt
Do we have any statutory norms to create an offer letter? If the answer is yes please share guidelines with me.
Is there any rule that we have to print a certain number of pages as an offer letter?
Please share your inputs.

Hi,
There is no statutory norms involved in issuing offer letter. Offer letters are company specific. Normally offer letters will not be very elaborate like appointment order. Some Companies email the offer letter as PDF and some companies send the offer itself in the email.
