good information on leadership..bt here, i want 2 add some more things...like..
trait theory is based on 5 big personality traits like extraversion,emotional stability,consinciousness,openness to experience and one more is der bt cannt recall...
and situational theory is not based on task and relationship bt on readyness i.e. willingness and ability of follower.....

My name is T Nagaraju, recently i.e. 4 months back i joined one of software company as Accounts Manager, i had gone four days leave in that one day is Second Saturday & another was Sunday. In that connection, continuously i had applied leave Friday & Monday it is applicable for LOP and one more thing i wanted know, what are the leave eligible for new employees it is company policy or what. Kindly any one can reply me for this regard ASAP.
