In view of this increasing demand for qualified and efficient optometrists, sales staff and technicians, Mr.Mushtaq, an NRI from Gulf, has taken up this initiative of setting up a State-Of-The-Art Institute of Orientation under the name, Grace and Noble in Periamet, Chennai.
This institute imparts job-specific soft and technical skills to its students and also helps them in placements in reputed companies in India and Abroad. Modular Skill development course, Optical Lens Technician, is tailor-made for students who have failed in 10th or 12th standard. This is course consists of Grinding and Fitting Spectacle Frames. Course duration is only for a month with hands on training and adequate theory and practice. Government Certificate will also be issued upon request.
Further more, for candidates who are smart enough to handle sales and customer service, Certified Dispensing Optician Course has been designed. In this course, In-depth theory along with adequate product knowledge and hands-on experience is imparted. Guidance to set-up optical shops is also offered in co-ordination with MSME, Guindy.
Grace and Noble also endeavors to offer valuable support to its clients through consultancy by helping them get the best sales and technical staff to run their optical business.
