The management is planning to conduct a training programme for our new joinees. I am working with HR dept and I have to conduct 1 hour HR session to our new employees. Could anybody help me to prepare the basic hr training material for that session.

Basically it is induction training. You have to prepare an PPT with 10 to 15 slides have all your company details like history, vision, mission, production facilities (if you are into manufacturing), benefits provided to employee in HR angle(ESIC,PF, Leave policies) etc.,
