I would like to know the kind of questions I will be asked. Few pointers that I could think of are :
What is throughput? How do you calculate this?
How do you handle a trainee who is not very interested?
How do you catch the attention of the audience?
What are the kind of reports a trainer should work on?
What are the points you need to keep in mind while interacting with the client?
How will you conduct the refreshers?
What are the KRAs of the trainer?
Could you please help me with the above questions?

You have raised the query on employee training but you have not given complete information. Please confirm what kind of job you will handle, the nature of the industry, the finished product/service, whether you will join a training company etc. Unless you provide this information, it will not be possible to give replies to the answer. You have generated a few questions however, it is all a surmise. Therefore, I am refraining from giving replies to those questions.
