Tired of taking directions and guidance from your boss, try reverse mentoring. Will it work for you ? I am sure it adds to the self-efficacy when you get to add on to other's skills. But training your boss on what you know better?
What can be the flip sides to it ? If you can beat a credit-rob, ego war even stepping into other's feet with emotional intelligence, I am sure the rewards would be plenty
