Hai Everyone, Can I know about the Withdrawal of EPF from EPFO. i have a doubt, now i'm having 3 Years of experience and have paid PF for Contribution for my Entire Service Period.
If I withdraw my Contribution what will i receive?
1. Employee Contribution = 12% + Employer Contr = 8.33%
2. Employee Contribution = 12% + Employer Contr = 8.33% + 3.61%
and some of our friends says that we will receive only 70% of the contribution.
Please help me in this regard

only a/c no 1 can be withdrawn , a/c no 10 can be withdrawn only when the employee attains 58 yrs of age
without completion of 5 years of contribution, if the amount exceeds 50000/- then it would be subject to TDS

Hi
If we consider that you have min 3 years of experience and your age is below 50, you will get all the contribution ( 24%) submitted by your company along with the EPF interest :
12% of Employee
8.33% Employer Pension amount
3 .67% Employer PF amount
24% - Total plus EPF interest
Submit your EPF withdrawal form immediately
Thanks
