I work in Distributor firm & we supply Medical Devices in Whole Kerala. We are growing each year & expecting our business to step out of Kerala in this coming year.
Therefore, i would like to ensure that our company fulfills all the Quality compliance , so that it would be easier for us to associate with any new clients.
I need to make a Quality policy. However, i would also want to consider about ISO certifcation.
Please advice me on this.

Designing quality policy is one part of the business. I recommend you taking holistic view of the business. Yes, strong quality orientation is a proven way to progress, however, there are few other aspects also. What you need to do is to build a culture that is conducive for the company's growth.
In the initial years, many companies grow. But over a period of time, their growth slows down. This slowdown is not because of fewer orders or lack of competitiveness but the organisation's culture is not fit enough to take the orders. So how to avoid this situation?
